    I have been taking Thyroid 130 twice a day for several years. It was recommended by my Naturopathic Doctor to help my thyroid work more efficiently. I was concerned that by taking this supplement that my thyroid would stop working all together but my ND reassured me that would not happen. This supplement aides a sluggish thyroid. I have noticed a big improvement in my skin & I’m not as fatigued. You may want to check with your ND to see if it’s right for you as there are different strengths.
