    These are pricey vitamins, but I'm told by an herbalist/trainer friend that they are more bio-accessible than most other vitamins. I guess so--it turns your urine bright yellow shortly after, so you know you remembered to take them! I take two caps on the morning and two in the evening. That's less than Pure Encapsulations recommends, but that's what I do. Who can say if you're healthier for it--with vitamins you just have to take it on faith, unless you want to go that whole blood test route, which I do not. I rarely get sick, even before starting them.
