    Jigsaw magnesium SRT is an excellent supplement it isn’t harsh on the digestive system as keeps me regular as well as relaxes me at night so that I can sleep.     I have re-ordered this item 3-4 times now and would prefer not to be without it. I suffered from very bad leg cramps & cramping of hands, etc. prior to beginning this product. My cramps have nearly stopped since I started using Magnesium w/SRT. Usually when I do have cramps of any kind, they are minor and can be traced back to not taking my magnesium or not drinking enough water that day. The bottle says to take 4 daily, but they last 8 hours. Since I have the worst leg cramps at night, I take 3 more before bed as well. I do my best not to be out of this product. It has helped me tremendously.

    I have used the Jigsaw product for more than 5 years based on a recommendation from family physician (also am a nurse and worked in his office so he was also my boss) and after hearing the great results others had, I started using it myself. I will still get an occasional leg cramp (esp if I have been on my feet on hard surfaces) but nothing as bad as before I started using this product. It also helps my sister's symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome.

    My functional medicine doctor recommended this product to me and since I've taken it daily, leg cramps that hit me during the night have stopped, and my 'slow bowels' have improved meaning I have more regular bowel movements.
