    This pill is great to help you sleep. I find I don’t toss and turn during the night. My sleep is restful and I feel great when I wake up. A little pricey but worth the cost.

    Highly Recommended. I have tried to give up Kavinace Ultra PM twice (because of the price). But each time I find I can't sleep and in a panic I order it again.

    I have had issues with sleep for about 3 years. I have tried every natural remedy as well as all the prescription drugs and nothing has helped me except for Kavinace Ultra PM. I still dont't sleep well, but what little sleep I get, I attribute to Kavinace. If I didn't have it, I don't know what I would do.

    I take 1 Kavinace Ultra and 2 Kaviance at night. I sleep so much better and fall asleep quicker. This combination enables me to also feel much calmer during the day.
