    This product definitely does the job of breaking down proteins. I think that 1 capsule is plenty with each meal. Two capsules seem like it might be too much. I always make sure to take this about halfway through my meal, not at the beginning and certainly not at the end because the acid will hit your stomach pretty intensely.
