Liver Support II by Vital Nutrients is a unique combination of botanical extracts and herbs traditionally used to support and promote healthy liver function. Picrorhiza, an Ayurvedic herb, has been clinically shown to increase bile production in the liver and inhibit prostaglandin formation, making it hepatoprotective and providing liver cell promoting effects similar to silymarin. Silybin, a primary constituent of Milk Thistle, helps the liver to process and eliminate toxins from the body, such as chemicals, drugs, alcohol, and other exogenous substances. Curcumin, another ingredient, is an inhibitor of arachidonic acid metabolism and has powerful antioxidant properties. This product may help to address symptoms such as fatigue, poor digestion, and skin issues, while providing overall support to the liver's function.
