    I take 2 Kavinace and 1 Kavinace Ultra. It is wonderful for sleep. I even feel more relaxed throughout the day!

    My practioner suggested this supplement because of menapausal symptoms causing me to lose sleep. After taking Kavinace the first night , I knew I had found a winner. When I wake up in the middle of the night I can easily fall back to sleep whereas before my mind would not allow me to relax enough to. I wake up refreshed, knowing I had a restful sleep. A little grogginess when arising , but after taking my lemon juice and Braggs apple cider vinegar in a warm cup of water , I am awake and ready for my day! Thanks for a wonderful supplement!

    So I was recently diagnosed with early menopause and was suffering from the worst insomnia of my life..I have always been a very light sleeper and struggled with this for some time...but it was extreme at this point. A friend told me about the product and I ordered it...So thankful, most nights now I get a very restful REM nights worth of sleep...not a cure all but definitely a marked improvement
