    I was taking 3 Folic Acid tables, 1mg each, per day, when my doctor increased it to 5 tablets. The Bio Tech Folic Acid 5mg capsule is very tiny and easy to swallow. A perfect answer to my problem of trying to swallow so many pills a day not to mention my other medications.
